CPSO QI Hospital Partnership Program

Welcome to the CPSO Partnership Program at LHSC! In this self-directed mini-course, a series of short videos will walk you through what a QI project looks like from start to finish. Learning about the five steps to a QI project will prepare you for completing some quick assignments before reviewing your work with a QI advisor from the Continuous Improvement in Care (CIC) team at LHSC. A final reflection exercise will wrap things up and you'll receive confirmation from the hospital that you've completed the Partnership Program!
